By using Ziul Domains you agree to these terms. We provide domain registration, DNS management and professional email through our accredited registrar and email partners.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay to renew — we do not use promotional first-year pricing that jumps on renewal. Renewals are charged automatically to your payment method unless you turn off auto-renew or cancel. We remind you before a renewal is charged.
You may unlock and transfer your domain to another registrar at any time. We do not charge transfer-out fees.
You may not use our services for anything illegal or that violates the rights of others (see the Abuse Policy). We may suspend services for violations or non-payment.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry, and to our accredited registrar partner's registration agreement. By registering a domain you agree to those policies, including:
WHOIS privacy is included free on every domain. Registrations are annual and non-refundable once completed (see Refund Policy). Expired domains follow the registry's renewal and redemption grace periods.
Domains: domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once completed, because the registry charge to us is final and non-recoverable. If a registration fails after you were charged, we refund that charge in full automatically.
Professional email: monthly email plans can be canceled at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will make it right.
We collect the information needed to provide our services: your account email, billing details (handled by our payment processor, Stripe), and registrant contact information required by the registry.
We share registrant data only as required with the registry/ICANN (masked by WHOIS privacy where available), and with the partners needed to deliver your services (registrar, email provider, payment processor). We do not sell your personal information.
You can access, update or delete your account information, and request export or deletion, by contacting support.
We prohibit use of our services for illegal activity, phishing, malware distribution, spam, fraud, or content that infringes others' rights. To report abuse involving a domain or email registered with us, contact support with the details and we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include suspension.
