These Terms are an agreement between Silva Growth LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company doing business as Ziul Domains ("Ziul Domains", "we", "us"), and the person or business purchasing our services ("you"). By checking the acceptance box at checkout, paying an invoice, or continuing to use our services, you agree to them. We provide domain registration, DNS management and professional email through our accredited registrar and email partners.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay to renew — we do not use promotional first-year pricing that jumps on renewal. Renewals are charged automatically to your payment method unless you turn off auto-renew or cancel, and we remind you before a renewal is charged. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective on your next renewal.
Unpaid renewals, hold and reactivation. If a yearly renewal that you are responsible for is not paid by its due date (31 days before the domain expires) and you have not turned renewal off, we may renew the domain at our own cost so it does not expire. The domain is then placed on hold: your current DNS settings keep working, but changes in your account are disabled. To reactivate it, you pay a reactivation fee of $120 plus that year's renewal price. If a domain on hold is not reactivated before its next renewal date, we may let it expire. You can always request the transfer (auth) code as described below.
You may transfer your domain to another registrar or account at any time. On your request we unlock the domain and provide the authorization ("auth"/EPP) code you need — promptly, and in any event within five (5) days, in accordance with ICANN policy. Providing this code is not conditioned on any payment to us, on any optional service fee, or on your account being current: even if a payment is past due or suspended, we still give you the auth code so you can take your domain. Once a transfer is initiated, ICANN rules may lock it for up to 60 days from the domain's registration or last transfer — this is an ICANN restriction, not a hold by us. Separately, and only if you ask us to perform the hands-on work of migrating the domain to your registrar for you, an optional one-time offboarding service fee may apply; this optional service is never a condition of receiving your auth code.
You may not use our services for anything illegal or that violates the rights of others (see the Abuse Policy). We may suspend or terminate services for unlawful use or a material breach that is not cured within 10 days of written notice, or for non-payment.
Our services depend on third-party providers such as domain registries, our registrar and email partners, and our payment processor (Stripe). We are not liable for outages, changes, or actions of those providers, though we will work to restore service promptly.
The services are provided "as is" except as expressly stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and each party consents to their jurisdiction; either party may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court. We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry, and to the registration agreement of our ICANN-accredited registrar of record, Porkbun LLC (Porkbun Domain Name Registration Agreement), which is part of this agreement. WHOIS privacy is included free on every domain. Registrations are annual and non-refundable once completed (see Refund Policy). While your service with us is active we renew the domain for you at the price shown; if you cancel, the domain remains yours and renewing and managing it become your responsibility — you may keep a management plan with us or transfer the domain to an account you control. Expired domains follow the registry's renewal and redemption grace periods.
Domains: domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once completed, because the registry charge to us is final and non-recoverable. If a registration fails after you were charged, we refund that charge in full automatically.
Professional email: monthly email plans can be canceled at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will make it right.
We collect the information needed to provide our services: your account email, billing details (handled by our payment processor, Stripe), and registrant contact information required by the registry.
We share registrant data only as required with the registry/ICANN (masked by WHOIS privacy where available), and with the partners needed to deliver your services (registrar, email provider, payment processor). We do not sell your personal information.
You can access, update or delete your account information, and request export or deletion, by contacting support.
We prohibit use of our services for illegal activity, phishing, malware distribution, spam, fraud, or content that infringes others' rights. To report abuse involving a domain or email registered with us, contact support with the details and we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include suspension.
